As of this posting, we have about 50 hours left in our Kickstarter for Futuredaze. We’ve hit our initial goal which is fantastic. We also hit our secondary goal of getting 100 backers/pre-orders for Futuredaze. In these final 50 hours, we would like to reach the $2,500 stretch-goal that we set; we only need $216 more to reach that amount. The extra money will allow us to add additional pieces to the anthology bringing the number of short stories up to 15 and the number of poems up to 10.
If you were planning to back Futuredaze and pre-order a copy of the printed anthology or an eBook, this is your chance to do it before the clock runs out. If you can’t afford to back Futuredaze right now, but you still want to help support science fiction for young adults, all you have to do is share our Kickstarter link with others who might like to help.
If you are a writer or you know a writer who might like to submit a short story or poem to Futuredaze, there are still 7 days before we close to submissions. The final date to submit your work is June 30 at midnight. You can access the submission guidelines here.
If you have any questions, let us know. Thanks again for your support.
I’m all pledged up, and I tweeted this. Good luck in the home stretch.
